Due to its location, Pamplona has a transition climate between atlantic and mediterranean. This means, that besides having an average temperture of 12ºC in a year, the change of season can be very extreme. That's why it's very usual to have temperatures under 0ºC during the winter and very hot days (+35ºC) during summertime. Regarding the precipitations, the most rainy month is December. In average, in Pamplona we have 120 rainy days per year, which is not too many compared to other areas in Spain.
